  I have been coming to this dential office for over ten years. Each and every staff members has been phenomenal. I wouldn't choose any other locations. The massaging chairs are a plus and will put you to sleep....lol

  Absolutely outstanding experience at Mt. View Family Dental. Everyone, from the desk team to the dentist, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. A special shout out to my hygienist, Amy, who went above and beyond. She genuinely cared, took the time to get to know me, and made my visit comfortable from start to finish. This was my first appointment after moving and searching for a new dentist, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such an amazing dental office. If you’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dental team, Mt. View Family Dental is the place to go. Highly recommend 🙌🏻

  Great experience super nice and professional. Had an extraction. Everything went great. I recommend to all the flight attendants they will work with your schedule!

  Went back to get my regular cleaning, everyone who attended me was great! Provided me with good information about how my teeth and wisdom teeth were progressing! Amy was superb in both service and care! Hopefully we’ll see a raise! Will be coming back again!

  The pregnant lady that was working at the front desk on 10/20/2025 offered no customer service at all. She was rude, dismissive and snappy to myself and my husband and this was our very first visit. She did not greet us. She never introduced herself and she allowed us to STAND in line behind an elderly woman who was in the waiting room waiting for her husband. They discussed the secretaries pregnancy, a gift basket on the counter, how to scan a qr code and 15 minutes worth of unrelated nonsense while I STOOD there in pain waiting to be acknowledged and to check in. She made eye contact with me several times and could not muster the decency to simply say "hello" or "I'll be right with you". Finally another employee came to get my license and the ignorant pregnant girl finally came to get me to go to an exam room. She barked orders and never explained what she was doing or why. With each thing she did, she made a demand and then raised her voice if I did not hear her mousy voice while she was behind me most of the time. She did not allow my husband to enter the room at all until the dentist gave permission. There was a $99 exam and xray special for new patients. The extremely rude preggo girl took ONE XRAY PHOTO of one tooth on one side of my mouth. There was no exam. There was no complete xray. I was charged $99 ON TOP OF another $425 to extract one tooth. After more order barking by the pregnant girl, the dentist arrived and while administering anesthesia, she performed as if she was in a murder scene in a horror movie. She stabbed and jabbed and twisted and turned the syringe while injected over and over without ever removing the needle. She did not give enough anesthesia at first and she also left me sitting alone for 30 minutes after the first dose allowing the anesthesia to weaken tremendously. She never did the common practice of inject, administer in one area, remove needle and enter again if another area needs anesthesia. She entered the needle DEEPLY and twisted and turned up and flipped it up and down from my inner jaw to my gums....deeply and harshly...ALL WHILE ALREADY INJECTED! I'm 43 years old and I have been to dentist appointments on two different continents with many dentists who are far more experienced than this young woman. NO DENTIST HAS EVER BEEN AS ROUGH AS THE DENTIST HERE WAS TODAY. I left in more pain than I arrived in. My face was swollen huge and 12 hours later, I am in an extreme amount of pain AFTER the tooth has been extracted. The gigantic, pregnant secretary also doubled as an assistant to the dentist and she seems to be ignorant to the fact that she should use "please" and "thank you" instead of barking orders at any patients but especially not at new patients. Here are a few of the things she barked at me with a raised voice....."UNCROSS YOUR LEGS", "TAKE OFF YOUR BRACELET" "CLOSE YOUR LIPS". I was appalled as was my husband. We will never return and I will be sure to share our experience with everyone we meet. The dentist should be ashamed of her behavior and the behavior of her employees. The pregnant lady should have started her maternity leave earlier if she is not able to treat people with care. If I had returned her nasty attitude, she would still be crying this evening. We chose to pay and leave like decent adults and not one dentist or employee even said thank you, good bye or "would you like to schedule anything else?". Another horror was that preggo did was not change gloves several times as she moved from the room I was forgotten in to the room next door where another patient was. She also did a lot of typing on the computer in the patient room while wearing gloves and she used those same gloves to touch me, dental equipment and my mouth. If you are going to be rude and ignorant, at least be sanitary. You never know who is recording their first experience in a new place.
