He made me feel like I was doing something wrong or trying to steal, just for making a simple return. Is returning an unopened product a crime at London Drugs now? I expected basic courtesy, but instead got treated with complete disrespect. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I will never be coming back to this location again. Please train your staff to treat customers with respect.
