- JGJames GDec 26, 20251.0Came in at 7:30p to buy some medicine for my daughter, as this is a ‘drug store’ that was open until 8:00p. The pain relief medicine was locked up however and there was no pharmacist on site. We had no extra time to find another pharmacy.

There were 4 staff in the area who looked and saw me standing there. One was taking care of a few people in line at the photo center for most of the time. Another was taking care of a customer for the first couple minutes and then walked away. Another looked iver but seemed to be lining up a few things on a shelf whole looking bored, not even actually stocking. Another walked by me from a windowed room 5.minutes after making eye contact with me but didnt bother to stop or let Another staff member that I was there. But within 30 seconds of a woman walking up to the counter, there were suddenly 3 staff available to help. I actually needed to interrupt because she was being served first. If it wasnt -40 and it wasnt the 3rd place I went to looking for the specific product, I would have walked away. As it stands, I wasnt even willing to buy film from them after that. If there is any chance to buy a product from any other store, and you prefer a fraction of customer service, I would highly recommend going to almost any store besides this one. Its almost Christmas so they should be pretending to be professional. Yet when it was slow, they couldnt be bothered to even try.

She found exactly what I wanted to buy and excellent quick service to pay, I was in and out in 2 minutes. Very highly recommend Grasslands London Drugs, a dream shopping experience for an impatient bad shopper like me
