- KKkeelySep 15, 20251.0i ordered photo prints and they were done fast which was great but when i went to pick them up at 9:10am it took me 20 mins to get someone to process my pickup, and even then the customer service was horrible. i had associates call him 2 times and then when he finally did, he was playing with his pants while putting me through the till and not apologetic at all for being slow.

- JJJazJul 14, 20251.0Worst experience i bought water cooler in feb this year and its water heater stopped working although i had warrenty i paid extra for it… when i bought they sais if something wrong will happen with it you can exchange it and today i went coz its not working … i took it bymyself from car its heavy and after wssting my 30 minutes they said they dont have same instore its discontinued we cant do anything … so dont guys know at time of selling its gonna discontinue ???? and i have to take that back to my car … it is not my fault if its discontinued … you guys need to replace it with different one i dont care what price you guys have to adjust … where is return or exchange policy ??? so frustrating and wasted my time nobody was ready to help on customer service … worst customer service .
