Indeed, we specialize in providing 24-hour in-home care plans. For short-term needs, we assemble a small team to ensure round-the-clock care until your loved one returns or you've recovered sufficiently. For long-term clients requiring 24/7 care, we create a dedicated team of six to eight caregivers, tailored specifically to the client's needs.
How do you know if you can take care of me?
Our care assessment process varies depending on how you come to us. For state or VA referrals, we receive your healthcare needs from your case manager and then arrange an initial visit. If you contact us directly, we conduct a preliminary phone assessment. In both cases, we aim to understand your specific needs, preferred caregiver qualities, and schedule. We then develop a personalized care plan that meets your requirements and budget.
What locations do you provide services to from the Sioux Falls office?
Our Sioux Falls office serves a wide area including Sioux Falls, Brookings, Madison, Canton, Worthing, Lennox, Tea, Harrisburg, Hartford, Lyons, Crooks, Renner, Dell Rapids, Garretson, Valley Springs, and Brandon. In Minnesota, we extend our services to Hills/Beaver Creek and Luverne.
What locations do you provide services to from the Fargo and Grand Forks offices?
From our Fargo and Grand Forks offices, we provide in-home care services to Fargo, West Fargo, Casselton, Horace, Kindred, Moorhead (MN), Dilworth (MN), Grand Forks, Emerado, Grand Forks Air Force Base, Manvel, Thompson, Reynolds, East Grand Forks (MN), and Fisher (MN).

Absolutely. We maintain comprehensive liability and auto insurance coverage for all our employees. Additionally, each caregiver is bonded and undergoes a thorough background check to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
Can we have services in the evenings and on weekends?
Certainly. Our services are available throughout the day, evening, and overnight hours, seven days a week. We strive to accommodate your schedule and provide care when you need it most.
Do you have a minimum limit of time for services rendered?
While we generally prefer a minimum of two hours for each service session, we understand that every situation is unique. Our caregivers are flexible and can work with you to arrange shorter sessions if necessary to meet your specific needs.
