Not only did I see improvement but discovered other weaknesses and imbalances in my overall strength that could lead to further disfunction or injury. Zoe, in particular, understood that I wanted to improve my athletic performance as well as overall well being and longevity. She provided multiple exercises that I can incorporate into my training into the future. Great team from the front desk to the PTs.
