I was told it would take a couple of days but I still haven’t received it and we are now going on two weeks. Also, I still haven’t received the glasses. Will never use them again. I’ve paid close to $700 and haven’t received anything I needed.

We went over the issue, and I explained what went wrong. The manager, Marwin, asked me to come back and give him a chance to make it right. At first, I was hesitant and just wanted a refund, but I decided to give them another try and I’m glad I did. They gave me another exam and got it right this time. Marwin, thank you for your excellent customer service and for standing behind your work. I truly feel that if I can give a bad review, I can give a good one as well. You truly made things right! I originally visited your store for an eye exam in July 2025 and placed an order for glasses shortly afterward. I paid nearly $400, expecting quality service and eyewear. Unfortunately, when I received the glasses weeks later and tried them on, I could not see properly through them. I contacted the store immediately and was scheduled for a re-exam. After the second exam, I was led to believe that the issue had been corrected but once again, the glasses were unusable. This time, the prescription still did not feel accurate and key features I needed, including bifocals, were missing. I have called the store multiple times since then in an effort to resolve this, but nothing has been done. I then reached out to what i thought was Stanton Optical's corporate office, only to receive no callback after several weeks. Today, October 21, 2025, I called the Spartanburg store again and was told by the assistant manager that Stanton Optical has no corporate number, which I find very difficult to believe for a company of this size. After our conversation, I am left feeling like I’m being given the runaround, with no accountability or effort to correct what has clearly been a mishandled order. I have been a loyal customer since 2020, but after this experience, I can no longer support this business. I hope this message prompts someone at Stanton Optical to take my concerns seriously. All I want is what I paid for: properly functioning glasses with the correct prescription. If this matter remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and state consumer protection agencies.
