When I say on the phone I don't mean headphones in, no she was holding the phone to her ear. The wait time was ridiculous. Multiple people who came for the same services as me that checked in after me went to the back before me. Horrible. This was not the first horrible experience at this sight either.

Management didn’t even apologize just stated” well they 2 different people “ I said it’s the same test so what’s different. No one informed me to let them know when I was done with the phone registration. The PA took forever due NOTHING! I had to literally step out the exam room and looked around to see when I was going to be assisted. I guess everybody had lunch got lazy and was ready to go! I left after 4pm and I got there around noon. SMH!!! If I could give zero stars I would! The staff is only there for a paycheck. It’s obvious. I work in healthcare, and I OUR CLINIC WOULD NEVER!!! Patients come first!
