  Disappointed that I didn't get the opprotunity to work with Dr. Cox as she is a veteran. But office staff member Angel, was "difficult" to work with. She continually was creating barriers to care. From their payment system is complex and she told me I needed to "take accountability" for not understanding. Very inappropriate front office staff. I am both a veteran and health care worker myself, would never treat anyone that way.....again very disappointed. Update After Owner Respone: No one was verbally abusive to staff. The day before the appointment, I paid the $75.00 Pre-appointment fee and I used my HSA to pay. I keep that card at home, as it is not a card I keep in my everyday wallet.I was under the impression, that my next visit was the $200 and somthing fee and that is when insurance would kick in. I did not have anything in writing. As stated, their fee schedule is confusing. I was told by Angel that I would receive an email with the exact amount paid I paid the same day. The emai for the portall did not arrive until 7:42 AM the next day. Angel called at 10:30 AM to discuss that I skipped over a section and they would be canceling my appointment. I then pulled over on the side of the road, completed the section. I arrived at my location, I logged in for my appointment at 1:58 PM. At 2:02 PM, another member of Dr. Cox's staff called to dicuss payment. I told them that I did not have an issue paying, but my HSA card was not at my current location or be able to use the same card. I asked to reschedule. The staff member then, handed the phone to Angel. She stated that I needed to take "accountability" for my actions for not undertanding their confusing system. I then called her "evil" for what she said to me. Because complied with every demand, rushed to make the appointment, then I am going to be told "I need to take responsibility". Her comment was evil. I stand by what I say. Its not abusive. You need to train your staff to do treat patients with dignity and respect and ensure you have the entire story from your staff before you respond. I stand by what I say. We can let the readers pass judgement. I will not be bullied by you or anyone else.

  I had the opportunity to spend the morning with this amazing group of professionals. I cannot express the enjoyment of just being in the same room as everyone there. Such a joy.

  If I could give Dr. Cox and her team 100 stars, I would. After undergoing my first IVF cycle at another practice, I scheduled a second-opinion consultation with Dr. Cox. Within an hour, I knew transferring my care to Adore was the right choice. Dr. Cox provided exceptional clinical insight paired with genuine empathy and consistent encouragement. Her staff is equally impressive…warm, personable, and truly invested in making patients feel supported throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone navigating fertility treatment, especially if you are seeking individualized and personable care.

  Fertility clinics are not where you hope to be. Adore makes the process much more tolerable as they treat you as a person, not a patient. I sought care at other clinics prior to adore and Dr. Cox makes the difference. After 6 years of failed IUI's and IVF cycles with "rare" scenarios repeatedly, Doctor Cox helped our miracle baby arrive. The care she has for patients as people is apparent and rare in her line of work. Her consideration for how fertility treatments affect the patient and their family is noticed the clinics offering of acupuncture, a calm resting area in the clinic, and her ability to talk about how YOU are doing. Her medical knowledge is top tier. She explains things in a very easy to understand way and will collaborate to seek an answer if needed. My scenario was not commonplace and she consulted with others in my best interest. Fertility clinics can seem cold and money making schemes during a trying time. Adore is far from that- they feel like family, working together to achieve one common goal. Thank You for being such a fantastic welcoming place.

  We’ve been with Adore Fertility since 2022, and I can’t say enough about the compassion, patience, and positivity the entire team has shown throughout our IVF journey. As a scientist by training, I tend to ask a lot of detailed questions and Dr. Cox has always taken the time to listen thoughtfully and provide clear, research-based, and fair-balanced answers to help guide our decisions. The team’s empathy and dedication made what can be a stressful process feel manageable and full of hope. Thanks to their care and expertise, we were fortunate to welcome our daughter last January. We’re endlessly grateful for their support and look forward to continuing our journey with Adore in the future.
