And when my glasses broke again and we couldn't rig them back together for a third time, I knew that it was time for us to go back to the eye doctor and get new glasses ASAP!! Our previous eye doctor couldn't get us in until December.. So in dire need, I went on google and decided to go with Stanton Optical in Greer. I was able to get both me and my husband an appointment for an eye exam the very next day! We went to our appointment and had a 10/10 experience and also got all 4 pairs of glasses within a few hours after our appointment the very same day!!! (We both got 2 pairs of glasses) Carrie was very nice and helpful getting us checked in and ready for our appointments, explaining everything to us, from our insurance coverage to what to expect during our visit. I don't remember the lady's name that gave us our pre-tests and helped us during our exams, but she was very fast and great. Then came time to pick out our frames.. Henry was so wonderful, taking all the time with us to help us figure out what looked best on us and helping us find the perfect frames for our new prescriptions and he made checking out and paying for our glasses a breeze. We had such a great experience here today, that we have decided to use Stanton Optical in Greer for all of our future eye care and glasses needs!!!! 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had already paid for a six-month supply, so I called to let them know about the issue. They let me schedule another appointment to fix it, but then canceled it last minute, saying the doctor had an emergency. When I tried to reschedule, I was told I would have to pay for another eye exam, even though the mistake was clearly theirs. To make things worse, the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and unhelpful.
