Was dreading this for a while but every point from reception to the wonderful manager Lisa who handled out the end of the process and helped me weigh my options to make sure I got what I wanted was seamless for me. Even when they were a bit busy and handling 2-3 people at a time through rude customers and impatience Lisa showed great resilience and great customer service. Her ability to de-escalate and pivot while continuing to provide exceptional service is unmatched. She was able to fix some frames I was very sad about messing up over the years and was very indecisive to pick some new ones so I left feeling amazing and comfortable in my usual glasses :) making the investment worth it. Overall 10/10 experience the DR was knowledgeable and non pressuring def felt like a friend helping a friend more than an exam! Cannot shout out miss lisa enough though! And every member of the team was very knowledgeable and informative. As well as the wait times if any were as promised. Would recommend.

Buying glasses can often feel overwhelming, but Sarah made the entire process seamless and actually enjoyable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the different frames and lens options, helping me find exactly what suited my face shape and vision needs. What touched me the most was her patience, she never rushed me and took the time to make sure I was 100% confident in my choice. If you’re in the market for some new frames in the Greenville area ask for Sarah! Her professionalism and kindness truly set this location apart. I am so happy with my experience that I will be coming back with my son next week to get him a pair of glasses, too! Thank you Sarah for taking such great care of me.
