    Completely unprofessional, inaccurate pricing, they are under staffed, they do not properly go over your order with you, when you pick up your order it’s still not accurate and then they want to add extra fees for their incompetence. 0/10 do not recommend. Lens Crafters has better quality and better service

    This place is awesome, but the real star is the General Manager, Kevin S. I’ve been in the retail and hospitality industry for over 25 years, and I can confidently say Kevin is the complete package any business would be lucky to have. He’s efficient, kind, patient, and an expert multitasker — but most importantly, he truly puts customers first. We walked in right before his lunch break, yet he stayed an extra 40 minutes just to help us. You don’t see that kind of dedication and work ethic much these days — even I’ll admit, running my own business, I don’t always have that level of patience! Eyemart has a true gem in Kevin.

    I would refrain from coming here. I had an appointment on Aug 7th was told my glasses would be ready in 14 days. This is after I left an awesome survey for them. The lady said they would call me when they were ready. Still have yet to receive a call, text, or email. Its been an month and 23 days. When I call I get put on hold and then hung up on. Not to mention I can't just drive over there. I spent $200 and still have to wear 2-year-old frames and lenses even though I paid for new glasses. Plus they tried to charge me like $600, even though they advertise $79 glasses with a free exam when you buy 2 pairs. But nope they won't have any good frames at that price. Just go to America's Best. At least you know you'll get your glasses and they won't cost over $300. Unless you won't them to.

    Stanton Optical of Greenville is by far the best optical place I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, cozy atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The experience was nothing short of amazing!
