How long should a session be?
2 hours is the shortest session suggested. There is no maximum exposure, you can sleep in and use the system all day if you wish. In the first hour, your body is acclimating to the environment. In the second hour, your body starts its healing process. Thus, it is better to stay in the environment during that time.
How frequently should an individual use the EESystem?
Every person is different. Results will vary greatly depending on the individual and what other holistic approaches they are pursuing. Effects will be cumulative. If you want to see results faster, then submerge your body in this healthy environment as often as possible.
Does frequency depend on issues? If so, how do we know what to recommend?
The beauty of the EESystem is that it is designed to provide a field that boosts optimal homeostasis and recharges the entire body on a cellular level for higher function. All of your trillions of cells are being recharged! There is no targeting mechanism or frequency selection for any specific ailment with the EESystem.
Is there a detox guideline to follow?
Drink lots of water (½ to 1 gallon) and take a sea salt bath after your session to help with the detoxification process. We offer the Detox Bath protocol for sale at the center. If a bath is not feasible, we offer an ionic foot detox. Other items that help the body with detoxing: Cali Tea, Algae Recovery Bits, Hypercharged EES Salt to add to your bath, LMNT to keep your trace minerals in check, and Zinzino Xtend multivitamins.
If it is best to meditate or sleep during a session, how is the light beneficial?
People can do whatever they feel is best. Relaxation is the first step to healing. Sleep is the oldest healing modality known to man. Meditation is a great tool as it sets a positive intention to be One with the Creator. The light in the system is a carrier for mechanisms of the EES technology, you don’t need to look at it but it’s a similar effect of wireless transmission of energy akin to Photosynthesis.
Can you look at the screens?
Yes, you can look at the screens as it is a form of color therapy. Do keep in mind, that we use 80% of our energy when our eyes are open. Since EES is like a wireless battery charger for your cells, it would be more beneficial for you to have your eyes closed for most of the session. We do offer eye masks for $2 if you desire the aid in helping to keep your eyes closed.
