    Don't show up at the beginning of the time frame they say. Expect them to be late. Today, for example, I drove around Haywood Mall a few times at 11:00. Not the first time. But I found another bus at Walmart for the same time frame. Dif. company.(& no T shirt!)

    My experience at this location both times donating were great, my problem with the company( hence 3☆) is the first time donating , the system would not let me set up a password, so i didnt, but this time i needed to see the results and again i could not set up a password 8 charactes, with 1 capitol, 1 number and 1 symbol ,easy right? Nope, called the 888# chelsea gave me, and was told the $ symbol wont work to try the ?or _ that it only takes certain symbols lol,called back and another person was just there collecting a check and forwarded me to a voicemail,called back and another person thought it was funny and told me to try the exclamation point ,which was funny lol , then i called again and the person just collecting a check answered and she put me on hold and went shopping, someone else will be getting my blood if this issue isnt resolved

    I recently had the privilege to donate blood with this organization at one of their mobile events. I had a wonderful experience, the staff were professional and kind. They were attentive, offered snacks, & provided great instruction for post donation. I would highly recommend OneBlood for hosting community blood drives…great organization.
