As a former customer service worker if my company didn’t have something on hand I would next check to see option availability for the customer instead of the worse case scenario which is making them wait 14 days for a new pair, especially when another store had the frame available. It really ticks me off that we live in a world where people think them doing a job they were hired for is them doing a favor For you. Reevaluate your thought process you are hired to provide good customer service I apologize you think of it as an inconvenience. The other employee is taking deep sighs as if she is having an asthma attack and the former frat boy is sending text to ask about a frame right after telling us to call ourselves to see the availability just rude. Sorry your tooth hurts hopefully your appointment makes your personality a little more work professional! Will not return to get my glasses here!!
