  The overall experience was good 😊 front desk clerk was very helpful and she explained everything I asked about. The appointment took a little longer than expected but the service made up for the time . Second time using their services, will be a repeat customer

  I went today for my eye exam... which per the email I received was free along with 2 pairs of eyeglasses for $79. I arrived early for the "exam". The employee then stated that the doctor is not "in person". It is someone on a screen that can do everything someone in person can do. She then added that this virtual person cannot perform the check for diabetes, glaucoma and other medical concerns. She stated this would be an additional $79 if I wanted those tests performed. I then asked about the glasses. The $79 is only for certain prescriptions - I'm assuming the most basic prescription. She clarified anything that did not meet that criteria was either 2 for $139 or more based on Rx. I sat for a second and then I chose to leave. I'll go someplace where an ophthalmologist is on site and can actually perform/review all testing done. I would never recommend this business, or at least this location, to anyone! So the owner replied about the pricing. My main concern has NOTHING to do with pricing. My MAIN concern is using telehealth to perform an eye exam and then charging extra to check for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. I will never use Stanton again. In the future I will seek care with a licensed, in person, optometrist, or even better ophthalmologist. That way I know I will be receiving proper medical diagnosis of eye diseases instead of just "getting a prescription".

  DO NOT go to this location. We called to make an appointment and spoke with a representative who quoted $79 for an eye exam or free if glasses were purchased. When my son went for his exam the next day, he was quoted $157 for his eye exam. He questioned the amount and was told "the call center doesn't know what they are talking about and just give that price to get you in the store." He left. We then called the call center again and told them the situation. The gentleman attempted to be helpful and stated he was calling the store because there was not any exam at Stanton which would cost $150+. Ultimately, we were connected back to the local store clerk who had already been less than helpful. He requoted $157 and was extremely rude. When we mentioned leaving a review regarding our experience, he told us to "have fun". We have now looked at the website which also states a comprehensive eye exam is $79. Again, do NOT use this location. It is a waste of time and horrible customer service. Either the local store or the customer service representatives at the call center and website need to figure out what they are charging.

  I absolutely love Stanton! I switched from americas best to them and their staff is always willing to help. I never have any issues from the exam, to getting help with picking out frames, to fitting the frames to my face. Kashia, Kyrina and Denise are all wonderful and have a pleasant and helping attitude. Anything I didn’t understand was explained to me thoroughly and the sales manager really made me feel like I made a sound decision. If you go to any Stanton you must come to this location, I highly recommend the team here.
