    So excited to have this amazing facility in Columbia, SC. Jay Walker was very knowledgeable during the tour and was most patient, answering all of my many questions. His insight was encouraging which really cemented my decision to finally join. Thank you.

    a million in upgrades and still can’t get this fixed… after asking several times and having tape in the bathroom. And some of the weights look like a dog chewed on them. Do better please… 🙏

    I don't like coming to this location because of the childcare staff. The one with the locs in her hair has a bad attitude and she's not friendly. I don't trust my child around her because she doesn't even seem to like kids. They also can't seem to keep anyone in there to work.

    The gym itself is really nice, and the equipment is more than sufficient for a good workout. Most of the staff are also friendly and welcoming. However, the childcare has been very inconsistent and often closed when it’s scheduled to be available. This is frustrating, as childcare is something I pay for and genuinely rely on in order to be able to work out.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this location regarding personal training services. I paid $179 for a fitness training plan and immediately experienced poor communication. My original trainer did not respond to messages, even during stated business hours. When I followed up, I was given inconsistent explanations instead of support. After requesting a new trainer, I clearly communicated that Wednesdays were my only available days. On the day of my scheduled session, there was confusion about the time—an email stated 3:00pm, while text messages confirmed 4:00pm. When I asked earlier in the day to clarify whether the session was at 3 or 4, I was told the trainer was “ready whenever I could make it,” which implied flexibility. I arrived at 4:16pm and was informed the trainer left at 4:15pm and that my session was canceled. I was never told about a “15minute grace period” or that my session would be canceled if I arrived late. When I asked the front desk for clarification and requested a refund, the manager was rude and dismissive, refused to provide corporate contact information, and denied my refund despite my understanding that there is a 30-day refund policy. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, communication, and basic customer care—especially disappointing given the personal circumstances I communicated upfront. I would not recommend purchasing personal training services from this location.
