I asked if it was a good time to come in and was told yes. I arrived at 10:38, by 12 noon still not seen and people who arrived after me were being called. I was not called until 1 pm, then was told by RN I could have scheduled an appt. for Tues-Thursday. I only went to place for a physical for an upcoming work assignment. I was able to schedule my lab work thru lab corp without any problems. I’m upset because I was leaving, but my paperwork would have been considered void if I left once I handed it to receptionist. Don’t understand why if I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment, I was lied to.
