The front office people (that check you in) i have encountered have been very rude. At one point I pulled a clip board towards me to sign in so I could maybe sit (leg injury, was in pain) and she snatched it away from me. No words, no explanation. Just snatched it back and continued with her phone call. That really bothered me. I still give this place 4 stars because this PA really took the time to listen, was sympathetic to my concerns, and is taking my concerns seriously. I actually feel like she has my best interest at heart, despite it being a workman's comp case. I have been so afraid I'd be dismissed and not taken seriously. She found out through MRI that the bone and tendons in my leg are bruised, and I have edema that goes down deep into the bone marrow. Which explains all this pain, limited ROM. She is wonderful

- JSJeff SaulsNov 3, 20251.0Dr.Robert Smith failed my dot physical due to a prescription even after they had my pcp fill out they're required papers. As soon as he walked in the exam room he stated I was disqualified and did not attempt to discuss whether I even took it or not as I had only listed it on my paperwork because it is prescribed to me. I understand it's up to the ME but fmcsa guidelines state it can be approved if I met guidelines. I have a current dot medical card and have held one for over 20 years and never had a problem or a more disrespectful examiner in my life. FYI a complaint has been filed with the SC LLR for review.

All of this for a 15 minute pre- job physical. This may not be their norm waiting time but on this day standing room only. They were nice and informed me I could wait in my car but could not leave. My choice. The doctor part of physical lasted about 3 minutes.
