- GMGene McDonaldOct 28, 20255.0A Great office atmosphere, I was greeted warmly by Brittany The Dental Technician upon coming through door, Later greeted by Sherri at the front desk very pleasantly, and was very helpful upon checking out of all My questions, Dr. Rob was very professional and wanted to address all My needs and took the time to listen to My concerns of having one of My Implants for My lower Denture coming loose and was lost, the upper portion that screws into the lower part planted in My jaw bone by My previous retired Dentist and My lower denture had cracked again and needs replacement, He was very thorough in explaining the process and costs covered by Delta Dental and He is not retiring anytime soon, Very Happy with Him, also Brittany was very congenial and delicate in My Pre Examination of X-rays and photo imaging of My entire mouth, I am very satisfied with the over all process, very clean office and well organized and the Starbucks espresso coffee was great upon leaving, since I had no time before exam being taken right at my appointment time! 10 Stars ⭐️
