The front desk team is always kind and welcoming; they accommodated my scheduling issues. I always get taken back right at my appointment time; I never have to wait (and if you have young kids, you know how important this is). On our most recent visit, Dr. Shane went completely above and beyond to make sure we were able to get all 3 kids seen even though we forgot something at home that we needed. I can’t say enough about what a positive experience it is!

It was such a pleasant visit!
