  The last few times I’ve been here it’s been horrible. It’s a shame that I’ve been coming here for years and they just seem like they don’t care anymore. They decide what labs they want to draw, the wrong ones that don’t go along with how you’re feeling might I add, they don’t call back with lab results and they sure don’t send referrals to YOUR choice. They completely ignore you and send it where they want. The ONLY reason they are still open is bc the walk ins are convenient. Not to mention one of the only offices to take Medicaid which is more than half of their patient volume. Do better!!

  Super upset. Had a Dr. cancel my apt elsewhere so I got in as a walk in here with every intention to make this my new family Dr. I've been experiencing sharp electrical pain in my face on and off for around 3 months. In the last 3 weeks it has gotten really bad, to the point where I can't tilt my head down, it hurts to open my mouth, my jaw cracks and crunches, I have tiny ulcers just inside of one nostril, and a sharp ringing in my ear on and off and i no longer can smell anything I explained the issue to the nurse who took some notes and left me to wait for the Dr. She walks in 10 minutes later and the first words out of her mouth was not hi, hello how are you. She looks me up and down and says "I'm not giving you pain meds" I was so taken aback at first I said "excuse me?" She spoke slower in a really condescending way. "No pain meds." I was a little shocked I wasnt asking for any I said I just need to figure out what's wrong. I was so embarrassed and my face was hurting so badly I wanted to cry. Ive never had an issue with drugs I'm a 41 year old widow with three young boys I was wearing jeans and a T-shirt I'm extremely average. I know there's something wrong I said She did a quick couldn't be bothered exam and said I have cellulitis in my face.....I have no fever, redness, or swelling. She wrote me an antibiotic and a steroid pill which I have already taken 3 months ago with no success or change in symptom I paid 130 dollars to be degraded and disrespected and worst of all ignored. A facility that continues to employ a Dr of her calibur will not be one I go to again. Edit: more if an update really, I ended up having trigeminal neuralgia, a serious nerve disorder, a chronic Illness.....she could have helped if she had wanted to.
