- DFDesnee FlakesJul 15, 20255.0I switched to Family Med when I went there for a drug test for work and Dr Tam took the time to explain my A1C. My own doctor barely spoke to me. I change my doctor after that moment. I appreciate they are around the corner and friendly. Yes, the ladies up front could practice smiling more. But overall I couldn't be happier
- SSSJun 8, 20251.0The last few times I’ve been here it’s been horrible. It’s a shame that I’ve been coming here for years and they just seem like they don’t care anymore. They decide what labs they want to draw, the wrong ones that don’t go along with how you’re feeling might I add, they don’t call back with lab results and they sure don’t send referrals to YOUR choice. They completely ignore you and send it where they want. The ONLY reason they are still open is bc the walk ins are convenient. Not to mention one of the only offices to take Medicaid which is more than half of their patient volume. Do better!!

- CFcorey frazierSep 18, 20232.0Appt was at 1:30pm it’s 3:22pm and the only thing they have done is collect $70 from me. The lady pronouncing ALL of my meds wrong, said “don’t worry I’m typing it into the computer” as if that made me feel better about being here. They have my medication listed BUT THE DOSAGE ISNT, so I can’t get them refilled. (But they have my money.) The supervisor needs a refresher course on customer service. Was not professional at all and told me I had an attitude (I was asking questions about the facility) BUT Who wouldn’t have an attitude after 2 hours??? Overall this was a bad decision on my part. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING. Will not be returning!
