We were there on time and had all the paperwork filled out, ID and insurance cards ready, and brought a urine sample from an hour earlier. We checked in and sat, & sat, & sat. At 3:50pm (an hour and 10 minutes past our appointment time I ask how long it was going to be before we saw the doctor. Receptionist called and told us there were still 2 patients ahead of us. Mind you - I pay $25/hr for someone to stay with my mother (97 years old) to take my husband to see this doctor who has no respect for her patients by not managing her schedule better. I told her we were leaving, and she wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule - I told her no - not at that office.
