Been a fan of Warby Parker for a few years now, it was time to replace my lenses but my frames were discontinued so It was time to go shopping! Hanna and Chris helped me out, they were great and helped so much with everything. I'm really looking forward to my new glasses. Really like this location will always come back here as long as i'm in Providence.

I had the privilege of running into Angelina and Hope again today, which were the 2 wonderful women who helped me select the pair of glasses last week. Both extremely awesome women. On top of that I met Chris who was one of the sweetest people, he grabbed my glasses, made me laugh with his sense of humor while he adjusted them to fit right on my head, it was just an amazing experience. Highly recommend working with Hope, Angelina, or Chris if you stop by, I’ll definitely be in again for a second pair because of them and their kind energy!

One of my nose pad for my glasses fell off and I went in to see if I could have it fixed. One of the people there got out the kit and was about to fix it but was then told not to because it wasn't a Warby Parker frame.
I don't blame the workers as it was against corporate policy. I'm just surprised and disappointed as I've never had issues with getting glasses adjustments/fixes whether for free or a small fee at any other optician throughout the years.
I've gotten sunglasses at Warby Parker before, but this experience soured my feelings towards them and will definitely avoid the chain in the future.
