Every one from the receptionist to the Dr's always make you more relaxed and joke with you. They seem more like a family than just a group people who work together. I have suggested so many people that are dialysis to come to this location. It's a place you don't want to go but when you do it's alot less stressful than going to your regular dr. In short you can't beat them
