    Matt and his staff of trainers are all excellent and care greatly about their clients. The workouts and nutrition consulting are tailored to meet your needs and goals. Hope to return for some more one on one training in the Fall.

    I gain continuous, sensible and considerate knowledge that act on. Matt willingly gives such positive information and, even though my pension won’t stretch to being able to sign up for his brilliant classes, will happily send weekly emails that do help me train and enjoy getting on the road to run.     Matt at Stronger helped me bet my marathon goal and achieve a new PR of more than a half hour from my prior marathon. But the best thing was, I got there uninjured and at the end of running the 26.1 miles I was amazed at how great I felt, really great, my body didn’t hurt the next day. Matt’s program works well because it makes you strong, as in the name Stronger.

    I have been learning a smarter and stronger way to keep running. Coach Matt is absolutely one of the best running coach. Bored? No problem, he’ll get you excited to get back to running. Injured? Same. I recommend Coach Matt of the Stronger Runner.
