The receptionist lied and said they were urgent that we had to do them on the spot. Pressured the person who doesn't speak French very well to pay. Then said the appointment will only be in two months. I called immediately and told them we will do the tests at the CLSC and we want our money back. It has been more than two months and they haven't refunded us. Do not tell me to fill out the useless feedback form that you are going to ignore. I don't know how this place is allowed to operate in Canada. They are shameless.

Je téléphone, apparemment, le geste infirmier est 40$. Pas de problème. Ça pourrait être précisé avant la prise de rendez-vous, mais bon. Le jour du rendez-vous, un peu après 10h30, on me demande de me présenter à Saint-Hubert parce que l’infirmière n’est pas disponible. J’arrive à Saint-Hubert. La dame de l’accueil me fais payer une facture de 165$ et m’annonce qu’elle doit faire la réception pendant le lunch de la personne de l’administration. Et que je devrai attendre que l’heure de lunch soit terminée. Alors service pas super. Très déçue
