We met with a Care Manager the day after our mother was discharged from hospital. The Care Manager was attentive, empathic and responsive to our immediate need for 24 / 7 care, and we had a care plan in place with coverage starting that same evening! All Home Care Assistance’s caregivers that we have worked with have, without exception, been trustworthy, reliable, responsible and professional. As well, they have treated our mother with respect and warmth. The Care Manager has continued to keep in touch with us and has even stopped in to visit our mother when a caregiver was present. The agency’s means of communicating with the family after each shift through the Family Room website has enabled us to easily stay informed about our mother’s daily activities and status. We heartily recommend Home Care Assistance based on our ongoing positive experiences with them!
