Tracey is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. She explained options for hearing aids and of importance early detection and treatment for hearing loss. I was very comfortable during my visits. When I said that I didn't that I had a recent hearing test that indicated I needed hearing aids for both ears. A woman said she was alone, whatever that meant. She said that she was an audiologist and would do a hearing test. I asked why as I had just had one done a few weeks ago. She said that she likes to do her own. I found her to be very abrupt. She said someone would take my information and walked away. I asked if I was to wait there. Goes on.
