My boss said I absolutely did need a hearing test so why didn’t she give it to me?! Now I have to go back there again, NEEDLESSLY! I live in Hanover. This is Concentra’s mistake and not mine!! Her boss needs to ask her why she said I did not need a hearing test!!!? She wasn’t very friendly either. Everyone else there was very friendly and smiled.

All of the staff members were helpful, friendly, considerate, as well as professional. They treated me like a person, not a number, and were really interested in taking care of me. I have not had much experience with Urgent Care facilities, but this was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
