  I have been a patient for a long time. Dr Guzman-Nava is thorough. The staff don’t return calls, or I have to call multiple times before anyone responds. They have rescheduled my husband’s appointment 3x now, it is ridiculous.

  I've been a patient at this medical facility for about nine years, but my recent appointment left me disappointed. Despite arriving 15 minutes early for my 12:00 pm appointment, I waited until 12:26 pm to be told my doctor was still with another patient and there were two more ahead of me. Frustrated by the lack of communication and delays, I decided to cancel. This isn't the first time my appointments have been disrupted. The decline in service quality and communication has left me questioning the reliability of this facility.

  The appointment will never be at the time they set it. You have to wait over an hour to be seen all the time. It’s ridiculous. Would not recommend at all.

  Every time I seem to schedule an appointment over the phone it is always 1 hour or more later than what was initially set. My previous job I worked remote, so it was easier for me to navigate through the unorganized appointment process you seem to have in place. Now I am onsite with my new job and have appointments and meetings at SET times. I understand if my doctor is meeting with a patient and goes a little bit over of time, but not a half hour or hour later… if that is the situation I would expect a call??? I received NO heads up of an email saying this appointment is expected to run late, may need to reschedule, out of respect of my time. I cleared my schedule at 11am today because that’s when I thought I was meeting with my doctor. I have meetings for the rest of the day and this week, so I cannot do a visit whenever YOU are free. Be better and considerate of people’s time. Also, I will not accept any bill or charge of an “appointment” today.
