I used the online features at home to narrow down what I liked… paired with helpful staff, my in store experience was very positive and efficient!

i was not happy with my previous optometrists largely due to the fact that my continuous bifocal lenses had a very narrow "sweet spot" and I just had to live with it. I thought I'd try Warby Parker because it was new, clean, and the optometrists told me that the newest lenses could have customized far vision sweet spots. I also elected to buy Transitions lenses vs having a second pair of sunglasses. The selection of frames was extensive, the advice was good and I was very happy with my new glasses. I also encountered an unexpected vision change and needed a new distance prescription at a time just past my warranty period and Warby Parker made the swap at no charge! That would not have happened at my previous optometrists. This is customer service at its best!

Paid $580 in person on Oct 9 with estimated delivery 10 business days. October 29 chat with customer service was told there was a problem (really?) and that they would get back to me. 5 days later, no contact, I called. Was told there was a problem and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. 48 hours later, no contact. Went back to the store. Very apologetic and made a replacement order. Agreed to partial refund but only after I asked. 7 business days estimated delivery. 7 days later, now 5 weeks since I paid, neither order has shipped. No idea when, or if, I will get any glasses. Very satisfied with my experience 2 yrs ago, but, at the moment Warby Parker is completely broken. What a very nice, empathetic reply from the company (below). However, I immediately responded to the provided email address and got nothing back. Crickets. Day 37 without product or refund. Not quite ‘10 business days’ 3 days since the ‘owner’ responded below, but no actual response to me or resolution. Also on day 3 since 2 messages were left at the retail store. More crickets. Hello Warby Parker, anyone home? Turns out, the answer is ‘No’. Day 40 now. Head on over to BBB or consumer affairs dot com to confirm what a hot mess WP is right now. Buyer Beware.

Great staff - Friendly and knowledgeable. The best Warby Parker store we have ever visited (includes PA and NYC). Doctor for eye exam was also very thorough and patient. He worked around our schedule and was able to fit us in for an earlier appointment.
