Thanks to Austin’s expertise, patience, and personalized care plan, my knee functionality has improved tremendously — I now move with very little pain. Within two weeks of starting the team of Mike and Austin at Phoenix in West Chester had increased the range of motion in my ankles and built strength in the surrounding muscles, giving me more stability and less chance of turning/spraining them as I'd done so often in the past. After a month, I'd gained both physical improvements as well as mental knowing I could plant better without as many concerns on uneven surfaces.
