I had an extraction done recently, and everyone from the moment I walked in the door to when I left were so nice, thorough and compassionate. I had follow-up questions, and they answered them all promptly. I have seen several dentists there (both offices), and they were all great. And the offices are high-tech, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended.

- KSKevin ShafferOct 23, 20252.0It pains me to write this review, because I have had numerous positive experiences with the dentists and hygienists at Keelan Dental, such as Rachel who I had the pleasure of interacting with today during my visit. However, recent policy changes have me looking for other options in the area. First, Keelan decided to no longer participate with my Delta Dental insurance, resulting in higher out-of-pocket costs for me and my family. Then, ahead of my appointment today, in my confirmation email, I was notified that they have started charging a 3% service fee when paying by credit card, which I was indeed charged today on the entire amount, since I have to front the cost and then be reimbursed by Delta Dental later. As I explained in the office, it's 2025, not 1995 ... paying by credit card is what consumers expect, not cash or check. I understand that business pay merchant fees, but that's the cost of doing business today, not something to be passed along to the consumer. I strongly urge Keelan Dental to reverse these policies that nickel and dime their patients.
