  Clint McCandless is an absolute fraud! He has done the exact same thing to my mother. I call and call. he doesn’t return phone calls. He also stole $4600 from my mom and she never received the hearing aids. I also went into the hearing aid office and signed a cancellation form 3 months ago. I have yet to receive any reimbursement. I think he has been ripping my parents off for years. I contacted corporate and they have wiped their hands clean of this issue and told me I have to deal with it on my own with McCandless. I am warning everyone out there who has anyone go to him that they will be ripped off. My mom is still receiving bills from the company she financed thru so he not only ripped my mom off but he has ripped off the credit card company and has been fraudulent with them. BEWARE! Do not go to Clint McCandless!

  Miracle Ear company in itself is a terrible business and I do not recommend it to anybody. My grandmother waited 4 months for hearing aides that the company "never knew" was on back order until I called to check on them. Attempted to contact the Uniontown office for weeks without any answer or call back, despite calling multiple times. After weeks, we finally had an appointment booked, then they cancelled. Rescheduled appointment just to cancel AGAIN for someone to show up at my grandmother's house without our knowledge to deliver and talk about the hearing aides, which re requested not to do. The communication and effort for their patients lacks tremendously. If I could rate this company negative stars, I would.

  on 5/30/24 i made a application for hearing aids for my 93 year old great grandmother. I was going to order them then she got ill and i called within 30 days' notice to cancel the order. We never received the hearing aids and per there cancellation policy you can return or cancel with in 60 days. Talked to clint McCandless the provider to fill out the cancel form. He assured that he would take care of it and cancel the order but i am still getting calls daily from debt collectors over the hearing aids . Very unprofessional has not returned my calls. I do not recommend going here very disappointed that after 5 months this is still a ongoing problem and with her being a senior citizen if i wasn't there to help her this would go unnoticed.
