Miracle Ear company in itself is a terrible business and I do not recommend it to anybody. My grandmother waited 4 months for hearing aides that the company "never knew" was on back order until I called to check on them. Attempted to contact the Uniontown office for weeks without any answer or call back, despite calling multiple times. After weeks, we finally had an appointment booked, then they cancelled. Rescheduled appointment just to cancel AGAIN for someone to show up at my grandmother's house without our knowledge to deliver and talk about the hearing aides, which re requested not to do. The communication and effort for their patients lacks tremendously. If I could rate this company negative stars, I would.

Still waiting for my refund and it's been almost a month now as of July 7th
Now July 23rd and no refund still. Left a voicemail on July 16th at both his Uniontown and WV franchise locations and yet has still not returned my call. This is why we took our business elsewhere.
Paid on February 27th and it's May 9th without a hearing aid. I've been very laid back about it and even called to ask for an update and keep me in the loop. I've done that 4 times now. I was told the charging case hasn't come in yet, it will be in, within the week and never got a call about that.
I was told after that the ear mold wasn't right and was sent back to be fixed and that will be done within the week. That was on April 23rd. Never got a call back and it's May 9th.
Called May 2nd and was told I'll get a call back and again, May 9th and yet to get a call back.
I just want my refund and I'm just going to take my business elsewhere after this. I have given chance after chance now and it seems like once the money is handed over, you're now put on the back end of things because they already got your money. Now it's time to sucker the next person into buying something.
As of today, I have never received the hearing aid. I paid for a product Feb 27th 2025. I have yet to receive a product. Even after writing this review if somehow they got it and ready. I still want the refund at the end of the day because if this is the treatment after paying and being avoided, I'm not going to be stuck into this for the next few years being treated like this.
I don't know what's going on with it and I think they are good people with good intentions but how my situation went and I don't believe I was overstepping on my end. I've been level headed throughout this situation.

It took 84 days from the date of purchase to the date of receiving the hearing aid. I wasn't notified the hearing aid came in or everything was ready between the hearing aid, or the ear mold was ready. Even though I made multiple calls asking what's going on. I basically had to hunt him down and specifically tell him if it was ready before he told me everything was ready and came in. That is bad business bud.
When I stated after bad experience after bad experience I am transferring to another location that is more reliable. I told them to transfer paperwork to so and so location over the phone and they acknowledged that and said they would. The new location I filled out the paperwork and signed it per HIPPA and even the new location that is Miracle Ear stated they tried to reach out to Mccandless two times and nothing. They even reached out on a Wednesday and Thursday. They never got a call back from Mccandless. Mccandless is very bad at calling customers back after payment in full. Due to them not sending paperwork and bad experience after another. I ended up returning the hearing aid before the 30 day period to spend my money at a different location. I'm having the new location do a hearing test and start completely over from scratch to make sure we have the right results.
The hearing aid as well was almost maxed out. Not much headroom for adjustments . It was about 80% if not a little more adjustment for amplifying sound. Which means if hearing changed down the road, would end up having to buy a new one that would do the job instead of being able to adjust the hearing aid.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, IF YOU DO GO. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. If you decide to go through with it. Just remember that it's a 30 day trail and can return it but it will take 60 days to have your money returned back to you. For how bad our experience was, I'm not going to be surprised if it takes the full 60 days to get our money back because they love to drag things out for the longest time and make excuses left and right.

on 5/30/24 i made a application for hearing aids for my 93 year old great grandmother. I was going to order them then she got ill and i called within 30 days' notice to cancel the order. We never received the hearing aids and per there cancellation policy you can return or cancel with in 60 days. Talked to clint McCandless the provider to fill out the cancel form. He assured that he would take care of it and cancel the order but i am still getting calls daily from debt collectors over the hearing aids . Very unprofessional has not returned my calls. I do not recommend going here very disappointed that after 5 months this is still a ongoing problem and with her being a senior citizen if i wasn't there to help her this would go unnoticed.
