Betsy is not overly extending to do her job (I'll have to see, I'll have to call, I need to find out) she has been there long enough to know the answer or quickly find out but unless u put her on the spot she won't). She treats the other workers berating/belittling. 4. After u do exam, order glasses, they really have a quick turn over time on getting them done. 5. Variety of good selection.

Appointments went by with no problems at all until one day the receptionist told me that I didn't have a appointment. She kept on and on in front of other patients saying I didn't have a appointment, Dr Harrison still seen me and when I got home I actually found the appointment card from this certain receptionist so on my next appointment I am taking that appointment card in just to prove my point that I indeed was right!! I didn't deserve to get treated with disrespect especially in front of other people. It's ashame that the Dr wants someone like that working for her.
