- SSSaxton SilvisDec 9, 20255.0I had called them to schedule an appointment at 3:30 pm Dec 8th. The receptionist had told me that they were scheduling into January; I had told her I would call back that I was having an issue with my left eye.. she then asked what was wrong; I told her; she told me she would talk to the doctor and call me back.. 45 mins later I got a call back and was told the doctor would see me at 9:45 the next morning. I went to the appointment today; they were all super nice and quick! I was referred to a specialist and already have an appointment tomorrow! I can’t say enough good things about this place and their service!

Betsy is not overly extending to do her job (I'll have to see, I'll have to call, I need to find out) she has been there long enough to know the answer or quickly find out but unless u put her on the spot she won't). She treats the other workers berating/belittling. 4. After u do exam, order glasses, they really have a quick turn over time on getting them done. 5. Variety of good selection.

- KEKelly EmerickNov 4, 20234.0The eye doctor is wonderful only one person there that isn't very nice and it's an all the time thing so it's not bc of a bad day type thing.. They do a good job with every thing and if any questions or concerns they take care of it.. Not sure of the one receptionist that isn't nice but it's not hard to figure that out.. The one that is super nice I think her name is Betsy.. I tried to give 4 ½ stars but it's either 4 or 5 can't or won't let me do halves so 4 stars it is..
