  I'd leave zero stars if it were possible!! Stay far, far away from this "hometown" pharmacy. They care not one iota for their customers; his pride is more important then knocking and making a delivery! Background info; Im.a disabled senior w fibromyalgia and have a SPC injury. When I have flares I get incredible brain fog. I communicated this to him numerous times. Two days ago, I called looking for my scripts because they were supposed to be delivered. All afternoon I waited. At 4pm I call him. Where's my scripts? Him: Oh he said, it doesn't haver refills. Me: And, did you fax my pcp? Him: Yes. Me: Then why didn't you call me to let me know there'd be no deliveries? I'm sitting here waiting. Him: *crickets* After a few seconds, it doesn't have refills, so. In others words, TS. This is my point. If I knew it doesn't have refills I'd had called my own pcp, but I was in a flare. In turn, I couldn't "process" that. Duh! That's exactly why I'm disabled!!! Then today, 6/6/25, Dave said he was at my door, rang twice and said to me, I heard your dog barking. I said no you did not. You heard my rescue dog barking. He's like, well every time I rang the bell he barked. I said I had a friend in here w me who was visiting my rescue. Thats what he was barking at. Neither of us heard a knock, a voice or the door bell!! Then I said to him, given you were here, why didn't you knock? *crickets * ie> no comment. Not a word. Yet, my script bag clearly states 3 knocks, In turn, that's is a blatent lie!! Did he answer me when i asked him why he didnt knock? No! Then why lie and write that on the bag? I'll tellyou why. Because he knows he was in the wrong and he's covering his tracks. I have a witness. I have camera evidence he was at my door, yet he didn't knock. I know I'm not lieing, which means he is!! The question is, why? He continues, it's always the same w you. Me: oh? Really? Now you realize I'm having processing issues? I continued, I told you NUMEROUS times I have fibromyalgia and when I'm flared I have incredible processing issues, which is called brain fog!! I'm sorry my disability is such a major inconvenience for you. He doesn't get it. And people like that will never get it, but rather then accept the onus on themselves, it's easier for those types of people to pass blame. Getting back to my delivery, you know what this so full of himself store owner named Dave did?! He took both his stubbornness-pride and ALL MY SCRIPTS BACK TO THE STORE vs knock on my door and deliver my much needed scripts to a senior disabled lady! THATS what kind of man Stines owner, DAVE is!! He was literally, RIGHT HERE!! But no, it was more important for him to SPITE ME vs deliver scripts to a senior disabled lady!! Ask yourselves, is this the type of person you want helping you w your medications? You know my answer. Evidently, green is more important then customer service. If I'm wrong on that, then why spite me? Note: I wrote the date on the bag for my records. Everything was written by the pharmacy.

  Never ever go to Stine's Pharmacy in Schuylkill Haven worst pharmacy ever. Very rude and disrespectful.
