  I need an abortion due to safety reasons. I spent all morning on the phone just for them to tell me after I completed the 24 hour counseling that there’s no availability until after 13 weeks so they can’t do it which is bull crap why have Me run through this whole thing for no reason

  Was scheduled for a birth control appointment, was told it is a 15-20 minute appointment. Had to wait over 1hr and 15 minutes for my appointment as people who came in after me were taken in before me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  - The wait time here is ridiculous, I was scheduled for 2:45pm and was 3 minutes late due to traffic. I then sat in the waiting area until about 4:30pm watching as people who had appointments at 5:00pm or later being attended before me. The secretary was then switched with another so I decided to mention that I’ve been waiting for this ridiculous amount of time and she did make the other staff members aware of the situation. As soon as I get called back the nurse that was attending me told me that the doctor and staff had told her to “prioritize” then says “But, we can get you in since your in a rush and have places to be.” I was completely caught off guard by what she said and decided to let it go. - What she said was completely unnecessary and a simple — I’m sorry for the wait — could have been enough. The positive side about this location is that the rest of the staff was very helpful and pleasant. And by that I mean the secretaries and the doctor were very friendly. I ended up leaving here close to 5:00pm so get ready to wait about 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours max to be attended.
