  Appointment at 2:30, for here half hour early like they asked, it’s now been an hour after my appointment time and I’m still sitting in waiting room! Never again

  Absolutely by far the worst patient experience. Our appointment was for 2:00. It’s been over an hr. Finally in a room and still sitting and waiting. Will not be coming back. They need to be better organized

  Wasted almost 3 years going here. What did I learn? This place is not up to modern standards and or modern training levels! Had a ongoing nasal issue that should have been figured out within 1 year! But this place literally doesn't have a clue what they are doing and or saying! They put me on medicine I didn't need and instead of them telling me what all my options are I had to keep going here until I realized I was wasting my time! They tried to tell me I had a Nasal septum deviation even though I told them I never had nasal issues before! After over a year of going here and being on medicine I decided to do my own research! I told them I wanted a allergy test! Which they should have recommended to me! Allergy test was beneficial but they were still trying to convince me to do something about my nonexistent nasal septum issues. To put it short im glad I stopped going here and I'm glad I looked for other doctors because I had no nasal septum issues at all! And I believe them saying I had a nasal septum deviation was a con for them to make more money off of me because if I did decide to go through that I would have had surgery and surgery is far more expensive! My real issues were simple! All I had to do was dust more , buy a air purifier and humidifier . It turns out this state is one of the worst polluted states which means air quality can affect you a lot ! And dry air can affect you even more ! Living in a climate controlled house or apartment is important for your nasals as well !

  The staff.. some don't have a personality. Every time I come here, I'm here for 2 plus hours! If you're running behind regardless of how many ENTs are in the area, tell the pt! Most of us do not have the time to wait around. I'd rather come in 2 hours later than to wait. Assistant needs better bedside manners. You stand in front of the receptionist while she highlighting papers and she doesn't even acknowledge you. Go to the other ENT instead of this one
