If you're running behind regardless of how many ENTs are in the area, tell the pt! Most of us do not have the time to wait around. I'd rather come in 2 hours later than to wait. Assistant needs better bedside manners. You stand in front of the receptionist while she highlighting papers and she doesn't even acknowledge you. Go to the other ENT instead of this one
