- MWMichael WJul 17, 20251.0Waited over a month for my contacts to come in. I order a 1 year supply of contacts and after insurance it cost me $380. I just picked my contacts up at the office because they wouldn't ship them to me and they gave me a 6 month supply of contacts.... 6 months for $380 with vision insurance! Ridiculous. This was my first and last visit at this eye doctor.

They set up an appointment because they said I was good for an exam and glasses, later to find out I'm not. I needed glasses so I went in to get them. No hey how can I help you, but we close at 6 it was 525. The website says closes at 7 fyi. They were rude and no compassion whats so ever. If you don't like your profession get out. We pay enough for insurance. I did not get glasses. I will go somewhere else. Dr Johnson you should have stayed where you were. These guys suck.
- DVDeAndre VinsonMar 13, 20241.0I never share reviews before but this time I HAVE TO. I purchased a pair of Armani glasses to start and I asked for TRANSITIONS, ULTRA THIN LENSES and, UV PROTECTION. When I received my glasses a week later the lense was so thick it damn near wrapped around my eye. No I know my prescription isn’t the best but I still asked for ULTRA THIN! They put polarized grey on my lenses which gave it a dark sunglass color in which I NEVER asked for. The price of the polarized grey was $125 EACH. When I contacted them they acted like they never made a mistake and offered to fix the frames BUT charged me $60 for TRANSITIONS. From my understanding I already paid for them but apparently I never did. I not only lost $250 but I also had to wait three weeks to get my glasses just to get home and put them on and the prescription is so messed up. I’m so frustrated with this place and at this point I’m possibly going to court with them. This is UNACCEPTABLE, a hard working man come in there and spend $660 and the order is completely wrong. Visit this place at your own risk. They are unprofessional!!
