    Booked a 2:15 appointment and it's now 3:06 and I still haven't been seen. No apologies and nobody has checked on on me to give me an update. This is pretty unforgiveable.

    Great Experience. The facility is new and beautiful. I went to PP for the first time to get my annual gyno exam done. The entire time I was there I felt cared for as a person, with great attention paid to any questions or concerns I might have. Before, during and after the exam I was given ample opportunity to discuss anything I wanted to learn more about, and felt good knowing all the information I was provided was scientifically sound and intended to help me make informed decisions about my reproductive care. They also provided information sheets I could take away with me about every topic we discussed to read over later (extremely helpful!). They even took the time to sit me down in an office to talk about the reasons for my visit before the exam to discuss issues, and didn't try to rush me at all. They are direct and up front about everything, with absolutely no shame attached. It felt like they were there for ME, whatever I needed, no matter what. I've never had an experience like that in a doctors office, I highly recommend the organization for anyone looking for routine or other reproductive health care. Thank you!
