  Booked a 2:15 appointment and it's now 3:06 and I still haven't been seen. No apologies and nobody has checked on on me to give me an update. This is pretty unforgiveable.

  Hope the dr at this location from a few years ago retired. Planned parenthood is advertised as where women who need help that is otherwise unavailable may go, a safe space. I went to this location due to losing my insurance for a few years and having some pain which was concerning. After a ridiculously long and super personal intake (although the girl who did my intake was very nice and caring), I was put in a room to wait even longer. When the rude DR came in she was super short with me did all of a 30 second exam and basically scolded me like a child because I needed an annual exam and my symptoms didn't make any sense according to her. She offered std testing and a uti which I knew where not the issues, but absolutely no other checks or even discussions for pcos, endometriosis,cysts, cancer, papsmear etc etc etc. Just basically told me that because I didn't have an annual done that she didn't care and they didn't have a vaginal ultrasound anyways so basically im SOL. No info on how to get one with limited resources or anything. Still made me pay $160 or so just to be seen and scolded for all of 5 minutes, and told i can pay like another ridiculous amount to check my urine which I knew wasn't the issue. Shame on you planned parenthood, some people don't have the access or funds and personal reasons they aren't always able to keep up with wellness exams for alot of different hardships and where are we supposed to go when we need help??? Couldn't afford another exam unfortunately because even with their payscale it was so high , so it had to wait. And this is why people don't seek medical attention when needed. Pure negligence at this location from that dr, all about money
