- DDDebbie DiRienziJul 24, 20255.0All the folks I met at this Ally Physical Therapy practice were welcoming, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Katy was my PT and she was amazing! She got to the root of my neck pain quickly and put a plan in place to help me get some much needed relief. She listened and gave great relevant feedback, and made my PT plan easy to follow with her patient way. She gave me solid suggestions for what I could do at home to keep moving in the right direction. I found her to be warm, welcoming and funny, and she really listened to me, which helped put me right at ease from the beginning of my time at Ally. I had never been to physical therapy before, and I am happy to have found Ally by a Google search. I am also happy to be able to write a positive review about my experience there.

Afterwards I went to schedule my next appointment at the front desk…he literally RAN up to the receptionist to make sure the she did not schedule any of my appointments with him, it was so embarrassing and awkward. I sent him an email calling him out about how obvious it was he didn’t want me to schedule any future appointments with him. He immediately called me and left a message admitting he did that but made a lame excuse. I was obviously so self conscious and humiliated. He is the owner and should be a professional but made me feel as though I wasn’t worth his time, that I was good enough for him.
- AAAmandaJun 1, 20255.0I have been to Ally for two different issues over the last few years and have made remarkable progress as a result. I went for pelvic floor/abdominal therapy with Tiffany and later went again with Katy for problems that rendered my wrists and hands practically useless. In both cases, I was thoroughly evaluated and coached through programs that improved my problems. During therapy sessions, the therapists are fully present and are constantly reassessing progress to determine if changes need to be made. More importantly, they will teach you the self awareness you need to assess yourself on a daily basis so that you can modify your activity according to your body's demands. This is a helpful skill that they teach because it allows progress to continue long after you are discharged. If you attend your sessions and follow the therapist's suggestions on what to work on between sessions and after discharge, results will stack up quickly. I've achieved so much from my therapy at ALLY that I wouldn't consider going anyplace else!

Each session showed a gradual improvement and my Therapist M. Woody offered many suggestions on how to continue my re-hab at home between sessions. So pleased I found Ally Phys. Therapy--it was a life saver!
