- LMLeo Mccarthy4 days ago5.0My wife was recently discharged from phyical rehab and needed a wheelchair ramp to enter our house. 4 U Mobility Solutions had the perfect ten foot tri-fold aluminum ramp that worked perfectly. They transported it down to their Pittsburgh location to have it closer for me. Then I needed an upright walker, once again they had what I needed and it is working out very well. They are very nice people who will take the time to make sure that you are making the right decision.

We loved the product, but beware if anything breaks (even under warranty like our part was) MINIMUM $800 just to look at the problem and come out to fix it! I fully expected to pay a service fee the first time to diagnose the issue… But when the company came out and found that the broken part was covered under our “warranty” I was absolutely shocked that we had to pay an additional $385 for them to come out to fix the “covered” part. (Roughy 30 minutes of work). Not to mention that the part was not in stock and took weeks to come in before the final repair. Before buying just make sure you know that this is the cost of one faulty part with your warranty…. $800 each time! Please like and comment if you have had a similar experience! Thanks!
