When the staff heard I was in pain they expedited my treatment to make sure I did not leave in pain. The root canal was fast and everything was explained to me to make sure I understood the risks. The staff here are extremely kind and I felt like they really cared about me! If I ever need endodontics treatment again, I will not go anywhere else.

After calling what seemed like every endodontist in the PGH area, we'd almost lost hope of getting help fast. However, Dr. Benson and the dental assistant (I'm sorry I'm forgetting her name!) offered to help us on a day neither of them were supposed to be in the office. They took the time from their personal lives with their families to help us, and it gave us both SO much relief. Dr. Benson was extremely thorough and helpful. I cannot thank them enough.

Netta at the front desk truly cares about the patients. She checked in on me after my procedure, and was so quick to get back to me any time I had questions. She also facilitated a referral to an oral surgeon, making multiple phone calls to ensure I was seen quickly. Dr. Capristo was thorough with her explanations, made me very comfortable during my procedure, and even called me on a day she was out of the office to help me navigate next steps in my care. They truly went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful.
