- KBKathryn BarrSep 1, 20255.0I cannot say enough good things about Precision Endodontics in the north hills. Every staff member I interacted with was so patient and kind. Netta at the front desk truly cares about the patients. She checked in on me after my procedure, and was so quick to get back to me any time I had questions. She also facilitated a referral to an oral surgeon, making multiple phone calls to ensure I was seen quickly. Dr. Capristo was thorough with her explanations, made me very comfortable during my procedure, and even called me on a day she was out of the office to help me navigate next steps in my care. They truly went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful.

I will be calling to speak to ownership of the chain today to file a complaint. If you have a fear of dentistry and don’t like being talked to like an absolute idiot- do not go here. Worst dental experience of my entire life.
