He was kind, skilled, and respectful. Caring receptionist Patty checked on me and brought me water while waiting for the anesthetic to take effect. I've never had a doctor actually thank me during a procedure, but HE did, many times. And I've never had an assistant sing to me during a procedure, but SHE did. Sherri helped me communicate and stay calm--no easy task for this white-knuckle flyer. I would go back to them in a heartbeat. They're not just a 5, they're a solid 10!
