I called them after 3 years to make an appointment to get my nexplanon birth control implant removed and their immediate response was that it lasts for 7 years now. I am just now finding out that this was misinformation and I’ve been having unprotected sex for the last 2 years. (Apparently it expired after 5 years)
- ZLZoe LylesFeb 5, 20251.0seriously some of the worst care i've ever had. rescheduled appointments less than half an hour before time, rescheduled for multiple months, leaving me w/o my medicine and solution given was to have me wait around the lobby the off chance someone would pity pick me. woman over the phone was extremely unpleasant as well and could not provide me information of any clinics that could accommodate.

The doctor was gentle and she really went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and well taken care of. I ended up getting the birthcontrol that is a perfect fit for me. If i could give them 10 stars i would.

I support PP and hope they will continue to thrive to help the public, especially women. We need facilities like PP for family care and women's care. I will always go to PP for birth control and to get my annual check ups.
