She made me feel as if I was a guilty for using a pain reliever which was approved by my PCP In addition, she questioned my vision because I had detached retina surgery.. when I had my vision checked at Concentra, it was close to being 20/20 in the eye in question. I found her to be condescending and unprofessional. My suggestion is to be more selective when assigning a someone to this position. Some tend to abuse authority

Lori is great! I had the best care in the physical therapy department—Lori is so kind and encouraging. Happy I got to meet her and receive such great care :)
