If you were that backed up, just let me know. I had to pop my head out and remind them that I was there and was conveniently next. I was only there for my mandatory employee annual physical. The physical itself took 45 seconds once she entered the room. This was very frustrating. With all that being said, the front office staff at this location were very kind, helpful and caring.
