Filling out forms for the first time takes a while, but after that I was seen within 30 minutes, and they got me properly taken care of with an X ray and lots of advice. The primary doctor I saw was especially kind and empathetic about my situation and gave me tons of great advice for how to maximize my outcome, and reduce pain and discomfort in the short term. I went when it wasn't busy, so I'm sure that helps.

She was super rude and dismissive not even showing any signs of compassion which in the medical field is always nice especially if you’re a patient sick and or dealing with chronic pain. I went there after being sent from a worker’s compensation company for chronic neck and back issues and she asked me “why are you even here?” Then she told me that she is going to tell the company that she doesn’t believe this was work related when it clearly was and I had other doctors say that it was work related. She barely examined me and told me “yeah, you may never get an answer to what this is.” Why is she even there and being paid if she can’t give me a proper evaluation? So instead of being diagnosed, helped and provided with solutions, she told me that I may never find out what this is and that she’s telling the company that it’s not from work. It’s sad that many doctors are only there for a paycheck and actually don’t care.
