A nurse practitioner student did my entire physical alone, then I had to wait for the doctor to repeat the exact same exam, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. For the blood draw, a student and another staff member attempted it despite clearly not being trained. I was poked twice in the same spot, the tourniquet was kept on the whole time, and I left with a bruised, swollen vein and feeling lightheaded. THEY ALSO KEPT THE TOURNIQUET ON THE ENTIRE TIME CAUSING CIRCULATION ISSUES. Now I have to redo the TB test at an outside lab because of their poor technique. The staff seemed awkward, the student stared at me, and the whole experience was uncomfortable and not handled professionally. I would not recommend this location for blood work or physicals.

So if you're going here as a walk-in (since they don't accept appointments) please know that you need to enter into what looks to be a parking garage, but it's just a ramp that leads to a second level, above the loading docks that you see along the front of the building. Go up that ramp, turn right, and Concentra is right there on the other side of the parking lot. (In my photos, which I took as I was leaving - you can see what the "ramp" looks like on the way down. Just go up that ramp to find the entrance for Concentra.) I had to go in for a new job drug test and it was super simple. I arrived at opening, checked in at the desk, sat down and waited only 5 minutes before being called back. The whole process took 10 mins max, and everyone I spoke with there was very helpful and kind.
