- GTGina TarquinioJan 6, 20262.0Although the office is clean and organized, each time I’ve dealt with staff (other than the administrative staff) I have not experienced good bedside manner. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and have medication I take prior to visits just to not have a panic attack but felt as though I was being ‘shamed’ during appointments which made it worse. I reached out to schedule an appointment only to find out my insurance is no longer accepted which is fine but when asking for my medical records so I can take them to a new provider, all I received was two xray photos via email and nothing more. I have never been satisfied but never made an issue of it but not providing my entire record when requested should be simple. I shouldn’t have to chase down my records. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t recommend services.

The doctor was great came in so friendly and showed me my only issue and went into detail regarding the remedy. Even the receptionist explained how the process of each upcoming appointment. Wasn’t a big dentist guy but I will gladly go back every 6 months

Linda, dental hygenist, is very friendly and gentle when cleaning. Dr. Nguyen is very kind and direct. You do not feel pushed to do unnecessary extras. My teeth look and feel good.
