Might be the last time I shop in person at this Warby. After previously purchasing glasses and having my frames adjusted here I expected to receive the same attention and customer service I had enjoyed. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time around. Both, while purchasing and adjusting the glasses I purchased, I felt as though I was a burden on staff. No attempt was made to actually listen to my issues when adjusting my glasses. Instead I was quickly rushed out with semi adjusted glasses and smudges on the lens.

Had a delightful experience today with eye exam and getting new glasses! Optometrist was kind and informative in a really helpful way. Front room employees were fun, great service, but not intrusive. They could care of us, and we’re looking forward to our new glasses!

The eyeglass technicians I worked with were very informative and helpful. They worked very closely with each other to make sure that my progressive lenses would work right in the frames I selected. They also worked very closely with eye doctor on site after my exam. I always have a great experience at the center city Philadelphia location on Walnut Street.

My family entered this store to search for new glasses for our child. Rather than being greeted and asked if we needed assistance, we were closely monitored and followed with suspicion. I totally understand that this store likely has a higher history of theft due to the location. However, their methods of loss prevention were alienating and offensive - ultimately causing us to leave. Had we been treated with any modicum of respect or attention, we would have made a purchase. We will patronize an establishment whose associates cannot differentiate between actual customers and potential criminals.

Sad to write this review but I got a pair of glasses I love from here a year and a half ago, and have been taking really good care of them (only storing in the case, cleaning with lens cloth only). A couple months ago they got a few scratches, which kept multiplying and were really distracting in my field of vision. I was super disappointed when Warby Parker told me replacing the lenses outside the 6 month warranty would cost nearly the full price I paid last year. I got my lenses replaced at my eye doctor’s (for more money but with a 2 yr warranty). After this experience I’ve lost faith in the quality of Warby Parker’s lenses :( I guess you get what you pay for!
