Quality glasses that hold up and great styles. While they have some awesome large glasses, they have the best selection I've found for a smaller face. Salespeople are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Had an excellent experience, got an eye exam as well as bought prescription lenses. So glad they now take Davis vision insurance. Before the exam they were very transparent as to what Davis would cover for the exam as well as the spectacles. Doctor was efficient and professional. Love the selection of frames in store and the person who helped me choose frames had a great aesthetic which is super helpful because I didn't know what I wanted . Highly recommend.

Some nice frames but marginal customer service. And their web page is useless.
I ordered a pair of glasses from the store that wasn’t in stock. Advertised delivery date was 5-7 business days. The update on the web page never changed…”Being processed…expected delivery 5-7 days.” It is now 17 days later and the glasses still haven’t been delivered. These are for glasses with no prescription.

I hadn't had an eye exam in 26 years, since I left for the Army in 1999. I live alone, become anxious when it comes to any type of medical interaction because I don't have anyone to take care of me. I thought I would have to have my eyes dilated and the thought of walking home afterwards made me feel sad and vulnerable. Your location was a nice, caring, clean, safe space with employees that really were extra kind.

I have had a different optometrist/optomolgist with each appointment since scheduling my appointments over the years. However, the medical care is professional,on time, and caring.
I believe the AMA[ American Medical Association] has a medical file of my vision and PennDot [PADepartmentof
Transportation] should be updated since my valid driver's license indicates I wear corrective lenses. I consider the eye examination the most important step to take to understanding your vision. I have worn corrective lenses for about 54 years.
